*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You are kind, caring and a sensitive person. You may be someone who thinks and feels deeply. You have a purpose and goal in life which you are working very hard to achieve. Sometimes, you may feel stuck in your journey of fulfilling your goals; of having a successful meaningful career, having happy secure relationships with your partner or friend, like many of us do. Getting stuck in the loop of self-doubt, negative anxious thoughts, endless worries and overthinking is not fun!!

I know how hard it is and how painful it feels, because I have been there and felt the same. I will work collaboratively with you to create a toolkit together comprising of skills and coping strategies to help you navigate through the challenges that life continues to throw at us.

I create a safe space for my clients, where they feel heard, supported and validated. I use an integrated approach to offer individualized treatment to my clients to help them in their healing journey. I am very passionate about providing client centered therapy to help my clients achieve their goals.

I take a culturally informed approach to create a safe environment for my clients and empower them to learn skills to cope with their difficulties. You will not be alone in your journey; I can assure you. Here is 3-C approach that has helped many of my clients.

  1. Catch It — catch your negative thoughts by doing a quick scan of what thoughts you just had or what did you tell yourself?)

  2. Check It — check the thought – is it helpful, healthy, realistic; how is it making you feel?

  3. Change It — brainstorm alternative thoughts without judging yourself.

You will notice with practice, this skill gets easier to use, making you feel more confident in your skin, saving you time that you would have spent worrying unnecessarily. Clients find me to be caring, easy to talk with and very dedicated in helping them move forward

Don’t get flooded by the fear of your thoughts when support is just a click away. I invite you to reach out! Click the Get Started Now button, ask for me (Aditi), to begin work on the issues you are facing.
