• Usually recommend/see improvement in 6 to 8 one-hour sessions.

• Formal DSM-5 Diagnosis

  • Limited to those registered with COPO.

  • Many cannot afford the cost ($2,000) or time (4-10 hours).

  • Not required to benefit from therapy.

We Communicate: With Our Referrals

• Notification:

  When your client has been scheduled or if we are unable to reach them.

• Psychotropic Medication:

  Advise physician of a mental health condition to aid medication decisions (upon request).

• Letter of Support:

  Provided after client engaged in therapy for 6 sessions over 2 months (1 session fee, upon request).
