*Serving Clients in Ontario*
You are ambitious in life and you have persevered and overcome many obstacles. However, like many, you have encountered a setback that has left you feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. Now, these negative feelings have spread to other aspects of your life. This has taken a toll on your school, relationships, and/or your work.
I understand how difficult life can be. I too have encountered numerous setbacks in my life. And now, based on my personal encounters, clinical experiences, and my training — I can help guide you through this difficult time.
I will use this framework during our therapy:
Getting to know who you are.
Understand how and why you are feeling the way you do.
Study what you are facing so you can understand the reason behind your current difficulties.
Build the life-skills required to help you tackle obstacles on your own now, and in the future.
Practice acceptance.
