Whether you desire support with managing stress, life challenges, building healthy relationships, making sense of sex and sexuality; wanting to heal from emotional injuries and trauma, struggling with addictions or even just facing a difficult life transition, I can meet you where you are on your life journey.
I am passionate about helping people who are stuck find new and alternative ways of living fulfilled lives. Maybe it will be hard at first, or you may be experiencing doubt, shame, and fear. I have those feelings too sometimes!
My practice is grounded in therapeutic alliance and self-determination, and my goal is to support and empower you towards your hopes and dreams for a happy, meaningful, and satisfied life.
This means that you are the author of your story, your goals, and you will begin to empower yourself to move toward the life changes you would like to see.
I bring into my practice a multicultural perspective from my experiences as a health and social care professional with years of experience working with diverse ages and ethnic backgrounds.
You will find that the space I offer for unburdening and sharing is warm, safe, respectful, and friendly.
