Kenzie Bender, B.A., M.A. Counselling Psychology
Registered Psychotherapist
*Serving Clients in Ontario*
You are a survivor. You’ve experienced hardship, trauma, or struggle, but you’re still here and trying your best! You may be experiencing symptoms you don’t understand. You may have difficult, turbulent, or toxic relationships, and you aren’t sure why. You may be feeling completely overwhelmed by your emotions, worries, responsibilities, or memories. Between all the responsibilities in your life, taking care of yourself is often left until last, but you’re ready to change that.
You know that things can be better, but you may not know where to start. That’s where I come in. You and I will work together to identify your concerns and goals, acknowledge the difficult experiences you’ve had, and learn about how the brain and body are affected by the stressful times in our lives. We’ll identify (and celebrate!) your strengths and use those strengths to create a plan toward a happier and healthier life for you.
If this sounds like a good plan to you, click the Get Started Now button — And ask for Kenzie to begin our work together!
