You may be an overachiever, perfectionist, or someone who has experienced life with large emotions, feeling like an outsider. You may be someone who struggles to find the good in each day, just holding on through the chaos of your day-to-day. You may be a caregiver or people pleaser, constantly exhausted and feeling as if you are just going through the motions. You may find yourself irritable, on edge, and ready to snap at any given moment. This may not be how things have always been, but now you have been stuck in this loop for too long.
Let me reassure you — you are not alone. I am here to listen and to guide you through this. Together we will work on understanding where you have been, where you are now, and where you would like to go.
I am committed to creating a safe space, yes to be vulnerable, but also for self-exploration and to find a better sense of you. I will listen to your story, to understand the obstacles that have tried to weigh you down, and to highlight your strengths and accomplishments. If given the opportunity to work together, we will work toward building the life you want.
How will this work? Together, we will go through these stages to move you where you want to go:
Connection – we will build a relationship and determine how to make this work for you.
Understanding – we will explore your background, current life situation and your hopes for your future.
Goal setting – we will work to understand exactly what you would like to work toward and how to get you there.
Obstacles – we will track your progress, including any setbacks that may arise, knowing this is a journey and that we can get through this together.
Maintenance – we will work to ensure that you have the skills and strategies required to continue to grow beyond our time together.
I have a genuine passion for helping others and together we will work through the hardships you are facing. I believe each person has the power and strength to make changes. We can work as a team to get you there. If you are debating whether I am the right fit for you, I would encourage you to reach out and take that first step.
