BSW, MSW, Registered Social Worker (RSW)
*Serving Clients in British Columbia*
Today is the day you begin your journey of self-fulfillment. You are looking to realize your dreams and aspirations and to begin living the life you have always dreamed of. Sometimes though, you admit, you struggle with your own thoughts and feelings. You may tell yourself you can’t do better and things will never change. You may be struggling with anxiety or depression. Perhaps you have experienced trauma or loss and you feel that these things keep you stuck, and stop you from moving forward in your life, relationships, and career.
We all have a history! I too have experienced psychological pain caused by trauma and loss. I am here to tell you that these things are manageable and we can live a fulfilling life despite these experiences. I offer a safe, structured and supportive approach while we embark on your healing journey together.
Our work may look like this:
Learning about you, your current and past experiences and the future you envision.
Exploring the things that keep you from moving forward, that cause you to be anxious or depressed or frozen in place.
Developing a plan of how to challenge those things and using a structured approach to build on the skills you have and to develop new ones.
At the end of our journey you will possess the confidence and ability to manage life’s difficulties as they come up, as they so often do!
