You are ambitious, with dreams and hopes for your future. You have motivation to get to where you want to be — but you are missing the tools to get started. Whether you are a student, between jobs, or a professional — you may have reached a point where you feel low, anxious, burnt out, or stuck. You may be helping others, but you don’t have time for yourself. Perhaps you are going through a difficult transition or you are finding it hard to adjust to post-pandemic life. Whatever the reason, you are feeling stressed and have trouble sleeping. The truth is, you are ready for change.
Together we can discover ways to make more time in your life for what is important to you. I want to help you overcome the fears and doubts that have been holding you back from getting where you want to be. I want to help you move closer toward your goals!
I use a goal-oriented and solution-focused approach to address the problems you are facing. I use evidence-based therapies to help you gain the skills needed to manage your own mental health and wellbeing.
I am the coach that will show you what you are capable of, and will guide you to where you want to be. I use scientific evidence to guide my practice, however it’s more than science; empathy, compassion, and building a trusting therapeutic relationship are at the very core of the work I do.
I use the following framework to get you where you want to be:
Get to know you and why you are here, identify your goals and the areas you want to change, and develop a plan of how to get there.
Begin taking active steps to work toward those goals.
Teach you techniques you can use to cope and overcome the challenges that you face.
See progress, notice how small changes can make a big difference.
Set you up with the tools and skills needed to continue your journey.
With this framework, we can help you move in the direction you want to go.
