Dana Halabi, B.Sc., M. Psych (in progress)

Clinical Associate (under psychologist supervision)

* Serving Clients in Ontario *

You may be stuck, feeling as though life’s challenges are getting in the way of your ability to reach your goals. You may feel that your past experiences are holding you back from growth and meaningful connections. And yet, you remain strong, hard-working, and determined to gain control over your life again!

You are not alone! Life can feel overwhelming and I have definitely been there too. Together we will determine the underlying causes that are leading you to feel stuck and hopeless, and will build your strengths and skills to overcome these barriers so you are feeling like yourself again.

As your therapist, I am dedicated to providing a space where you can express yourself free of judgement. I will serve as your guide to help navigate life’s obstacles, help you uncover your inner strengths, and guide you to take action where needed to move forward and gain a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.

If you decide to work with me, our process will look like this:

  • Learning about your life experiences that have shaped who you are today.

  • Processing unresolved emotions of past experiences.

  • Exploring patterns, core beliefs, behaviours, and emotions that are contributing to the challenges that you’re experiencing.

  • Identifying goals and changes to move foreward.

  • Learning and applying skills to your life that will move you closer to your goals.
