See Video Introduction at bottom of page.
You are brave and resilient. Your family, friends and relationships are essential to you, and you strive to be your best self for them. However, somewhere along the way you have lost sight of yourself. You may be adjusting to a new transition and feel lost. You feel anxious, burnt out, unhappy, and isolated. Perhaps you are new to the country, face cultural challenges, and feel homesick.
If this sounds familiar, you are not alone, I have been there too. It takes courage to ask for help, and walking with you on this journey will be my privilege. I will strive to create a safe space where you can be yourself without fearing judgement. Change can feel scary, but you do not have to do it alone!
My approach is deeply compassionate and solution-focused.
I will take the time to listen and get to know the real you.
Together we will begin to understand your challenges and goals and use your many strengths to accomplish your goals.
I would be honoured to have the opportunity to work with you.
