You may be like many of my clients, perhaps well into your career, maybe an entrepreneur or a free thinker, with dreams and goals not yet accomplished. In fact, despite years of work, the long and patient grind, you find yourself spinning your wheels and getting nowhere — nowhere in work, relationships, or the big picture. Now you are entertaining seeds of doubt that you won’t make it. Given where you have come from and how much you have overcome, being saddled with these feelings is not the real you.

Let me reassure you – I too have been there – wondering whether it is time to quit or pack it in. Despite this, I have pressed ahead. Now, using what I have learned through academic and clinical training as well as with life experience, I have dedicated myself to helping those who are trapped or anxious about whether they will achieve what they have been striving for.

Here is the framework that has helped my clients and will guide our work together:

  1. Stop ignoring the pain, clarify your values and goals, and begin to direct your own story.

  2. See where change is possible.

  3. Start taking the desired steps and seeing the power of even small changes.

  4. Learn to accept setbacks, adjust and refocus, and continue pressing toward the goal.

This framework is designed to help you move to where you want to go. Hit the Get Started Now button to contact our Intake Coordinator and begin work on the issue you are facing.
