Clinical Associate (post-Masters, in supervision)

*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You’re on your way to success! You have goals, desires, dreams and aspirations that you’ve wanted for a long time. But life is not always that easy. It has many twists and turns that we do not always see coming. Many of them can make you feel stuck or helpless.

Don’t worry — I get it! I’ve been at low points as well! It feels overwhelming and never-ending but there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel. With a sense of joy and passion, I enjoy guiding you and others to a place of self-compassion and insight.

In our sessions, I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will gently uncover the layers that make up your unique personality, what stressors have brought you to therapy, how they have influenced your life and finally where I can provide support.

From there, we'll collaboratively set goals, focusing on the areas of your life you wish to change, maintain, or enhance. To achieve these goals, we’ll draw upon evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectal Behavioural Therapies complimented by a psychodynamic framework to garner a deeper appreciate for the conscious and unconscious versions of ourselves. With your permission, we can get there together.
