You are a compassionate person and find it difficult to prioritize yourself over the many roles and responsibilities you manage. You want to be the best version of yourself but feel overwhelmed, not knowing where to start. You may experience panic attacks, anxiety, and depressed mood, and feel frustrated that you do not know exactly why.

I have been in your shoes. I know how difficult it is to apply techniques that are supposed to help when you are not feeling like yourself. I know the importance of talking to someone who can empathize with you and show you that change is possible.  I am here to support you. Together, we will work on finding a realistic way to help you cope with difficult emotions and increase resilience. I will provide empathy and unconditional respect, as well as personal and professional experience in working to improve mental health.

Together, we will work one step at a time to create a plan that is unique to you. I will start by getting to know you, what you are experiencing, what you want to work on, and what is currently holding you back from your goals. My goal is to help you gain self-awareness and use your current strengths to help you implement positive change. I hope to not only help you get relief from your symptoms, but also to show you how you can use this experience as an opportunity to grow, and become stronger and more resilient.

  • My personal interests include — reading novels, learning new recipes, any DIY art project, exploring new coffee shops, spending time in nature, walking my 12-year-old Maltese-Shih Tzu dog Leo, and spending quality time with friends and family!
