*Serving Clients in Ontario*
You are a warm, gentle, and kind soul. You have hopes and dreams and are motivated to move forward. But, lately you feel stuck! Stuck with worry, loss, and difficult life changes. And you can’t find a way forward!
I know, I’ve been there too. Life can be difficult and overwhelming to navigate at times and you might not know where to start. I’m here to help — help you navigate the changes and obstacles that you might be facing. Seeking support is the first step to moving forward to your best self.
Together we can work through those challenges, uncover the areas that are preventing you from being and becoming who you want and hope to be. My work as a psychotherapist has offered me an abundance of clinical skills and knowledge to support you in self awareness, confidence, self-reflection, and change.
As we begin this journey we will:
In the first session – I will get to know and understand you and your goals. We will explore what has worked and hasn’t worked in the past. We will develop a plan that can (and most likely will) change as we move forward.
We will work together on achieving your goal(s) through learning a little more about you in each session. We will discover the parts of you that maybe were hidden. We will create space for moments when support is needed.
Together we will develop your skills, create tools, and lean on resources to take you to the next step.
Throughout the process we will keep in mind that this is YOUR journey. We will move at YOUR pace.
Our journey together is created to move you forward! I invite you to get started on your journey. Click the Get Started Now button to contact our Intake Coordinator - ask for me, Jennifer! I look forward to meeting you!
