*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You are open-minded, compassionate, and resilient. You have big dreams and hopes for yourself but like a lot of people, you may be struggling to actualize them. Maybe its overcoming self-doubt and a sense of overwhelm; or being unsure of how to pursue your goals as your authentic self; or maybe you’re feeling stuck and not quite sure why. Pursuing life to its fullest can feel daunting and scary at times. I understand this. I too have had times when I wasn’t sure what next steps to take in becoming the person I wanted to be.

Through my own experiences, I have become a firm believer that each of us has unique strengths within, waiting to be recognized, utilized, and integrated into our sense of self. As a therapist, I approach work with a collaborative and non-judgemental spirit to help those who want to better understand their identity, clarify and pursue their dreams, and do it as their authentic selves.

Here is the framework that I use, so you know what to expect!

  1. We will create a safe space where we can look at the obstacles that stand in the way of your pursuits.

  2. We will collaboratively build a narrative that feels authentic to your life experiences and sense of self.

  3. We will use these new insights to generate actionable practices and strategies that allow you to achieve your personal goals.

It would be an honour to be a part of your journey! You can hit the Get Started Now button to contact our Intake Coordinator, and ask for me, Meghan! I’m so excited to meet you.
