*Serving Clients in Alberta*
You may be like many of my clients; loving, open hearted, fun and full of life. You may be mothers, fathers, partners, spouses, friends, uncles, aunts, children and also balancing many other titles in your life.
As you walk through life, balancing so many things, you find yourself feeling unfulfilled and overwhelmed. Even with all of your brilliant accomplishments and the life you give to others — you may feel you are not living the life you wish you could. Relationship struggles, anxiety, numbness and frustration seem to plague you regularly. And so you sometimes wonder …
What is wrong with me?
Why does this keep happening?
What is my issue?
I am here to tell you truthfully — There is nothing wrong with you! Actually, the better question might be:
What has happened to me?
Grief, loss and trauma can be the most overwhelming experiences we can go through. Grief and trauma do not just become a part of our daily living through tangible experiences such as break ups or the death of loved ones, but also through intangible experiences such as the loss of safety, loss of identity and loss of hope.
As your therapist, I deeply understand the complexity of grief, loss and how trauma can completely colour the life we live and rob our ability to lively.
I want you to be free.
Free to be truest, most happy and authentic version of YOU!
